OGF AISign in
For Film Schools

Every student graduates with a complete feature package, not a thesis film and a hope.

OGF AI gives your students an investor-grade pitch deck, chain-of-title contracts, festival strategy, financing intelligence, and distribution map for their thesis project. White-label to your school. Tenant-aware multi-user access. Built for institutional buyers.

Who it's for

For programs that send students into the industry, not just into graduation.

If your program teaches narrative or independent feature production, your students hit graduation with a thesis film and almost nothing else. No pitch deck. No festival strategy. No chain of title. No financing math. They learn the craft. Nobody teaches the rest of the operating system around the craft.

OGF AI changes that. Every student in your program graduates with a complete feature package, built on the same methodology that's helped 25+ filmmakers release features in the last year through One Grand Film. The platform is white-labeled to your school. Faculty have admin visibility. Students keep their projects after they leave.

Built for film programs from a 50-student starter cohort up to a 500+ student university with custom faculty review workflows. Tenant-aware row-level security. FERPA-aware data handling. White-label included free at every Film School tier.

What's inside the platform.

White-label deployment

Hide OGF branding. Run the platform under your school's name and visual identity. Included free at every Film School tier.

Tenant-aware multi-user access

Every student has their own login. Students can't read each other's projects. Faculty admins can see organization-level usage metadata but not individual student project content.

Full platform per student

OGF Mode, Story Architect, Pitch Deck Builder, Contract Builder, Festival Strategy, Financing Intelligence, Distribution Intelligence, Self-Distribution: all 8 tools, per student.

Faculty review workflows

Faculty can review student work in-platform with comment threads. (Available at Department tier and up.)

Curriculum integration support

We help your program integrate OGF AI into existing courses (Producing 101, Directing III, Thesis Workshop). Drop-in syllabus modules per tool.

Career service partnership

Students leave with portable, industry-grade materials. Career services can point alumni at the platform during the post-grad transition.

Common questions

What's included at each tier?+

Starter ($400/mo, billed $4,800/yr): 50 students, 100 projects/yr. Department ($800/mo, billed $9,600/yr): 150 students, 250 projects/yr. Faculty ($2,000/mo, billed $24,000/yr): 500 students, 600 projects/yr. University: custom (500+ students, custom faculty review workflows, custom integration, dedicated success manager). White-label included free at every tier.

Is this FERPA-compliant?+

OGF AI's data handling is designed with FERPA in mind. Student records are not shared outside your tenant. Faculty admin access is tier-aware. Specific FERPA designations (school official, written agreement language) are reviewed on a per-institution basis as part of onboarding. Read our security commitments →

How do students keep their projects after graduation?+

Student accounts are portable. On graduation, the student can transfer their project vault to a personal OGF account at any tier they choose (including the free Trial). The institutional license covers their time as a student; their work is theirs forever.

Can faculty see student project content?+

By default, no. Student projects are tenant-locked but user-private. Faculty get organization-level usage metadata (which students completed which phase, time-to-completion deltas, etc.). Faculty review workflows (with explicit student opt-in to share specific projects) are available at Department tier and up.

What if students under 18 are in our program?+

The institution is the controller of student data for FERPA / educational-data purposes. By signing on, the institution represents that all student users are 18+ OR that appropriate parental/guardian consent has been obtained for any student under 18, consistent with applicable education-data law.

How does white-label work?+

Your school's name, logo, and color palette replace OGF branding throughout the student-facing UI. Email notifications come from your school's domain. Students experience the platform as a school resource, not a third-party product.

Can we integrate this into our existing curriculum?+

Yes. We provide drop-in syllabus modules for each tool (Producing, Pitching, Festival Strategy, Financing, Distribution). Faculty get onboarding materials and a walkthrough of each module. University tier includes a dedicated success manager for curriculum integration.

What happens to student work if our institution stops the subscription?+

Students get 30 days' notice and the option to migrate their project vault to a personal OGF account. After 30 days, institutional tenant data is purged. Student exports remain valid forever: anything they downloaded during the program is theirs to keep.

Can we get a demo before signing?+

Yes. Email aj@getogf.ai with your program details (size, focus, current curriculum). We'll set up a live walkthrough with the founder.

Is there a procurement process you can support?+

Yes. We're experienced with institutional procurement: RFP responses, security questionnaires, custom MSAs, invoicing, purchase orders. Email aj@getogf.ai for procurement support.

P.S.

If your program is reading this and the gap between "thesis film" and "first feature in the industry" feels uncrossable for most graduates, you're not wrong about the gap. You're just missing the piece that crosses it.

OGF AI is that piece. Built by a working filmmaker who's seen the gap from both sides. Designed for the next cohort of graduates who deserve to graduate with more than a film and a hope.
