At a Glance

This document combines OGF's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use into a single agreement. The plain-language summary below is for orientation only; the binding terms are in the sections that follow.

What we will never do.We will never use your project content to train any AI model. We will never sell, license, or share your project content with anyone. We will never read your scripts, contracts, or financial information except when you ask us to process them, or when legally compelled by court order. In which case, we'll notify you if we're permitted to.

What we do collect. We collect aggregate metadata about how the platform is used: which tools you opened, how long generations took, where users get stuck, which methodology phases you completed. None of this metadata reveals what is inside your project. We use it to improve the platform, always in aggregate (≥10 users), never per-user-identifiable in any external context.

Who owns your work. You do. OGF claims no ownership of, and no license to, the creative, financial, legal, or strategic work you create on or upload to the platform, beyond the technical minimum needed to run the service for you.

When you enter information about other people. Some of our tools (especially Contract Builder and Distribution Intelligence) require you to enter information about collaborators, investors, minors, or distribution executives. We treat that information with the same protection as your own. You confirm at entry that you have the right to share it.

Part I: Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

OGF AI is a platform operated by One Grand Film ("OGF," "we," "us," or "our") at getogf.ai. The platform helps independent filmmakers plan, structure, and protect investorless feature film projects through five integrated tools: a Pitch Deck Builder, a Festival Strategy Builder, a Contract Builder, a Financing Intelligence module, and a Distribution Intelligence module.

2. Three Categories of Data

OGF AI separates all data into three categories: two of them sensitive (Bucket A) and one structural (Bucket B). The separation is enforced architecturally.

2.1 Project Content (Sacred, your own)

Project Content is everything you create, upload, or generate inside the platform that relates to your specific project: creative content (loglines, treatments, synopses, scripts, dialogue, character bios, pitch deck copy, image prompts, comparable-film analyses), financial content (budget figures, line items, backend split percentages, waterfall structures, tax credit projections), legal content (entity names before public record, all generated contracts, uploaded redline contracts, chain-of-title documents, copyright registration drafts, securities filing drafts, E&O Readiness Reports), strategic content (festival strategy outputs, per-festival deep-dives, distribution plans, distributor outreach lists, draft pitch emails), and your own personal information.

2.2 Third-Party Personal Data (Sacred, about other people)

Some of our tools require you to enter information about people other than yourself. Contract Builder asks you to enter your collaborators' names, addresses, rates, roles, and backend percentages so it can generate signature-ready contracts. Investor Agreement generation involves your investors' names and contribution amounts. Minor (Child) Performer Releases involve a child's name and a parent or guardian's name. Distribution Intelligence involves the names of distribution executives, sales agents, or programmers when you draft outreach to them.

We treat this information with the same protections as Project Content. We do not separately contact, market to, or build profiles of third parties whose information you enter. By entering information about other people, you represent that you have the right to do so, either because you have their consent, because the information is given to you for the purpose of running your production, or because applicable law permits it.

2.3 Platform Metadata (Aggregate)

Platform Metadata is structural, behavioral, and operational telemetry that describes how the platform is used, never what is inside your project. This includes account metadata, project lifecycle metadata, tool usage telemetry, methodology adherence flags, engagement metrics, industry reference data, and operational telemetry.

3. Specific Commitments

3.1 No Training on Your Content

We do not, and will not, use your Project Content or Third-Party Personal Data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model, neither our own future models nor those of any third party. This commitment is absolute. We would change it only through a substantive policy change with at least 30 days' advance notice and an explicit opt-in.

3.2 AI Inference Providers: text and image

OGF AI uses two categories of AI inference infrastructure in production. Both are bound by their respective standard policies prohibiting use of API inputs and outputs for training.

Text generation (Anthropic / Claude): used in all five tools, including web search in Pitch Deck Builder and Festival Strategy Builder. Zero Data Retention is configured for our production account; Anthropic does not retain prompts or completions beyond immediate processing.

Image generation infrastructure (multi-vendor stack): used in Pitch Deck Builder only. Our image generation routes through a fallback chain: Nano Banana Pro as primary, Flux 2 Pro as failover, and DALL-E 3 (OpenAI) as backstop. A given pitch deck render can route through any of the three depending on per-request availability. All three vendors are bound by their respective standard API policies prohibiting training on API inputs. Zero Data Retention is configured where the vendor offers it for our account tier.

3.3 Web Search

Two of our tools (Festival Strategy Builder and Pitch Deck Builder) use Anthropic's web search tool to verify current information. We construct search queries to be abstracted from your project content. A search for festival deadlines uses the festival's name and year, not your script content. We do not send your full project content as a search query.

3.4 No Sharing of Your Content

We will not share your Project Content or Third-Party Personal Data with any third party, except: with our AI inference providers strictly to process your own request; when legally compelled by valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful process (we will notify you before responding unless legally prohibited); or with your explicit, project-specific, written consent.

3.5 No Bucket A in Email Body

Some of our notifications carry highly sensitive content (notably the E&O Readiness Report, which lists collaborators by name and document status). These are not sent in the body of an email. Instead, we send a notification email with a secure link that requires you to log in to OGF AI to view the content.

3.6 No Targeted Advertising

We do not run third-party advertising on the platform. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles.

4. How We Protect Your Data

4.1 Encryption

In transit: all connections use TLS 1.2+. At rest: AES-256 in the database (managed by Supabase) and in backups. Application-level encryption: the most sensitive Project Content fields (generated contract bodies, full session transcripts, third-party PII) are additionally encrypted at the application layer.

4.2 Access Controls

Row-level security on every table containing Project Content or Third-Party Personal Data. For Studio family, Enterprise, and Film School tiers (multi-user accounts), policies additionally scope to tenant. Internal access: OGF team members do not have routine read access to user content. Audit logs of administrative access are retained for 24 months.

4.3 Vendor List

Our current third-party vendors and what they receive: Anthropic (AI text inference for all five tools, including web search): Project Content + Third-Party PII strictly to process your request, ZDR enabled. Nano Banana Pro, Flux 2 Pro, OpenAI/DALL-E 3 (image generation stack for Pitch Deck Builder): IP-derived image prompts strictly to process your pitch deck. Supabase (database, authentication, file storage). Vercel (hosting). Stripe (payment processing). Resend (transactional email). Google (optional OAuth sign-in). Sentry (error tracking). Vendors are audited annually.

5. Retention & Deletion

Active projects are retained as long as your account is active. Deleted projects enter a 30-day grace period during which they can be restored, after which they are permanently purged from production and from backups. On account closure, all Project Content and Third-Party Personal Data enter the same 30-day grace period, then permanent purge. Where the law permits, data about minors is retained for the shortest period consistent with your need to use it. Audit logs of administrative access are retained for 24 months and are not deleted on account closure (they record OGF's own actions, not your content).

6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, OGF extends these rights to all users: access (request a copy of all data tied to your account), correction (correct inaccurate personal information), deletion, portability (export in machine-readable formats), withdrawal of consent, objection (we respond within 30 days), and complaint (file with your local data protection authority).

To exercise any rights, contact privacy@getogf.ai. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children & Minors

OGF AI is not directed to children under 18 as users. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. Some of our tools (Contract Builder's Minor Performer Release) allow our adult users to enter information about minor children for the purpose of producing a film. By entering such information, you confirm that you have written parent or guardian authorization for the child's information to be processed by an online platform for film production purposes.

8. Account Tiers and Multi-User Accounts

We offer the following account tiers per Pricing v5.1: Trial · Filmmaker · Producer · Studio · Studio Plus · Studio Pro · Enterprise · Film School Starter · Film School Department · Film School Faculty · Film School University. Studio family, Enterprise, and Film School tiers permit multiple users under one institutional account, with tenant-aware row-level security. White-label add-on for Studio family: +$99/mo. Included free at all Film School tiers.

9. Breach Notification

If we discover a security incident affecting your Project Content, Third-Party Personal Data, or other personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirmation, by email, with: a description of what happened and what data was involved, the steps we are taking, recommended steps for you, and how to contact us.

Part II: Terms of Use

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

11. Plans, Credits, and Billing

OGF AI is offered on the plans listed in Section 8. A "project" or "lifecycle" is one complete strategy or contract build through a given tool. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations during a free-trial period take effect immediately and access ends at that point. Cancellations during a paid period take effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then. Annual quotas may include banked rollover where stated. Fees are exclusive of taxes and non-refundable except where required by law.

12. Ownership of Your Content

You own your Project Content in full. OGF claims no ownership of, and no copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property interest in, the creative, financial, legal, or strategic work you create on or upload to the platform. To run the service for you, you grant OGF a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process your Project Content solely to operate the platform and deliver the service to you.

Outputs generated by OGF AI tools at your request are yours to use, modify, and distribute. You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before relying on them, and for confirming with your own attorneys, accountants, or advisors before signing, filing, or distributing any document.

When you enter information about other people, you represent and warrant that you have the right to enter the information; you will use it consistent with applicable privacy law; where the information concerns a minor child, you have obtained appropriate parent/guardian authorization; and you indemnify OGF for claims arising from your entry of third-party information without authorization.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to upload; use the platform for illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes; reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, or interfere with operation; resell or repackage outputs as a competing service except as permitted under the white-label add-on; or enter Third-Party Personal Data without the rights described in Section 12.

14. Disclaimers

OGF AI generates documents, strategies, and recommendations to help you organize and plan. The platform is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisor. Generated contracts are starting points for your attorney to review, customize, and finalize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. OGF's total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid OGF in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100.

16. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, or in response to legal process. On termination, you may export Project Content during a 30-day grace period, after which content is permanently deleted.
