What's the price?+
$2,499/mo billed annually ($29,988/yr). Includes 25 seats and unlimited projects. White-label is included. Enterprise is annual-billing only — no monthly option. Pricing is published as a starting point; the executed MSA governs.
Can we customize the contract?+
Yes. We sign your MSA. We negotiate liability caps, data handling specifics, audit clauses, indemnification language, and termination terms. The default Terms of Use are the starting point; the executed MSA is the binding document.
How does the security review process work?+
We respond to standard security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, custom internal forms). We provide our SOC 2 progress documentation. We make our subprocessor list available. Read our public security commitments → — the Enterprise security packet expands on every commitment with audit-grade detail.
Can we get on-prem or self-hosted?+
Not currently. OGF AI is a hosted platform on Vercel + Supabase. For organizations whose data residency requirements rule out US-hosted SaaS, we're open to conversation about regional deployment options on a per-customer basis — email aj@getogf.ai.
What about data residency?+
Our infrastructure is primarily US-based (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, Resend). Our Privacy Policy describes the cross-border transfer mechanisms we rely on (Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA / UK / Switzerland). For organizations with strict regional requirements, we discuss options on a per-customer basis.
How does onboarding work for 25 seats?+
Your dedicated success manager runs a 4-week onboarding: kick-off, tenant configuration, role-based permission setup, individual user training (synchronous group sessions), curriculum integration if applicable, and first-month review. Custom onboarding plans available for orgs with non-standard structures.
What happens if we need more than 25 seats?+
Email us. The published Enterprise package is 25 seats; we've sized larger orgs at custom pricing. The unlimited-project commitment scales with the contract.
Can we audit the AI outputs?+
Yes. Audit logs of administrative access are retained 24 months. All generated outputs are versioned in the project vault. Your organization's legal team can audit any contract output through tracked-changes .docx exports. Our system prompts and methodology documentation are available under NDA for Enterprise customers.
What's the cancellation process?+
Annual contracts. Cancel for the next renewal cycle by giving 60 days' notice. Mid-contract cancellation for cause (material breach by OGF) is per the executed MSA. Mid-contract cancellation without cause is generally not refunded — but the executed MSA governs.
